Here’s what to expect when you order from The Cool Shirt Shop.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, along with tracking information when available.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Processing time is separate from transit time.
If tracking is available for your shipment, we’ll email it to you once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at alan@thecoolshirt.com.
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, please contact us at alan@thecoolshirt.com or 720-275-5678 within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help make it right.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
