We want you to love your Cool Shirt Shop order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
You may return most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To start a return, email us at alan@thecoolshirt.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at alan@thecoolshirt.com with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise noted. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
