You may return most unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, email us at alan@thecoolshirt.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at alan@thecoolshirt.com with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
